Refund policy

There are no refunds on custom items.  However, if the error is on our part, we will rectify the situation.

Only stock items may be returned for refund. Items must be returned in brand new conditioning and packing.  Returns on stock items must be returned to us at the customers cost, unless an error was made on our part.

No custom items can be reburned, due to them being made to order products. No exceptions.
